Pongnado

These terms apply when you play Pongnado on pongnado.com or in the Pongnado apps. By playing you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Your account

You can play as a guest. An account (with a password, or with Google, Apple or TikTok) keeps your rating, XP, Bolts and looks.
Keep your way in safe: your password, and the email on your account so you can get back in. One account per person.
Your username is public. It must not impersonate someone, insult anyone or advertise. We may ask you to change it.
You can delete your account at any time (how to delete it).

Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. No cheating, bots, tampering with the game or its connection, abusing bugs, or harassing other players. We may pause, limit or close an account that breaks these rules; the reason is shown when you sign in.

Bolts and looks

Bolts are the game's coins. You earn them by playing and can buy more. They have no money value outside Pongnado and can't be exchanged, transferred or paid out.
Looks you get with Bolts stay on your account, also when a look or its price changes later.
Purchases are handled by Stripe on the website, and by Google Play or the App Store in the apps; their terms apply to the payment. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us below.

The game

Pongnado is free to play and offered as it is. We work to keep it running, but it may be paused for maintenance or changed over time, and we can't promise it will always be available. Online matches are played directly between players' devices.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced in the game.
