Pongnado

You can delete your Pongnado account yourself, on the website pongnado.com and in the Pongnado apps for Android and iOS. It is the same account everywhere, so deleting it once deletes it for all of them.
How to delete it
- Open the Pongnado app, or pongnado.com in your browser, and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Account (also reached from Profile → Account settings).
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password (or, for an account made with Google or Apple and no password, type your username) and tap Delete.
What happens next
- Your account is hidden from other players at once and you are signed out. If it has a confirmed email, we send you a message with the date it will be erased.
- If you sign in again within 30 days, the deletion is cancelled.
- After 30 days we erase your username, email, password, Google, Apple, TikTok or Facebook sign-in, country, progress, levels, World Tour results, the usage events linked to your account and any notes or messages about you.
- Two things stay: your matches, which remain in your opponents' history under the name “Deleted player”, and the records of what you bought and spent (Bolts top-ups, Bolts spending and the looks you own), which accounting law requires us to keep for at least five years. Any Bolts and looks you have are lost when the account is erased.
Can't sign in?
If you can't sign in any more (a forgotten password: try “Forgot password” first), email pongnado.dev@gmail.com from your account's email address with your username, and we will delete the account for you.
